bacardi rum x 30ml
marrie brizzard watermelon liqueur x 30ml
guava juice x 20ml
apple juice x 20ml
fresh poached rhubarb x 4 pieces

method
1. muddle the rhubarb pieces in glass shaker
2. pour all other ingredients in the glass shaker
3. shake with ice
4. pour into a hurricane glass
5. top up with lots of crushed ice
6. garnish with a slice of watermelon with skin on
